This tool previews moving text effects using web animation, with controls for speed, text size and colored layers. The visual motion depends on HTML/CSS or an exported file. A regular messaging input cannot animate pasted letters merely because they came from this tool.
Example and how to use it
Start with a short title such as 'OFFLINE'. Set a moderate text size, preview the cyan and magenta offset layers, and adjust speed until the text remains legible between glitches. Use Copy code for a website you control, or Download GIF when you need a widely supported animated file.
What to check before sharing
Animated GIFs can be larger and less crisp than native browser effects. Some platforms pause animation, downscale uploads or replace animated previews with a still frame. Test the actual upload destination.
