What can you make with this tool?
Build a customizable animated glitch text effect and copy the HTML and CSS for use on a webpage.
Try it with your own text
- Enter Hello World in the main text field.
- Compare RGB split, Slice jump, Flicker, Bold, Black.
- Use the Copy button beside your chosen result, then paste it into the field where you need it.
What should you check before copying?
Use a short sample first. Combining marks and lookalike letters can change the appearance and the encoded length of a string. Keep plain text for information that must remain easy to read or search.
Make a webpage effect react to interaction
Choose when the animation runs
The effect builder already creates HTML/CSS. The interaction controls add a separate publishing decision: run continuously or wait for hover or keyboard focus. These settings update the generated code and the existing HTML download. They do not turn a copied social caption into moving text.
Worked example: an interactive label
Enter SIGNAL, choose a restrained RGB split and set Animation trigger to Hover or keyboard focus. Keep the reduced-motion fallback enabled. Copy the complete HTML/CSS, or download the HTML file, then inspect it in a browser. The wrapper is keyboard focusable in interaction mode so a visitor can activate the effect without a mouse.
Include a still alternative
The generated reduced-motion rule stops the effect for visitors whose browser reports a preference for reduced motion. Keep the actual text readable while still. Avoid relying on movement to explain an error, confirm an action or communicate another essential meaning. The continuous preview above remains a demonstration; trigger behavior must be checked in the exported document.
Using the export on a website
Paste the entire component in a location that permits its HTML and style element. Some editors strip CSS; other sites may have competing selectors or a policy that prevents inline styles. Test in the actual destination. The downloaded file contains your text, so review it before distributing it. It is a code component rather than a video, image or installed typeface.
