Facebook-style profile and post preview

See how copyable Unicode text could look as a profile name or caption. Change the text at the top of this tool to update both these effects and the quick-copy variations.

Live specialist preview

This is an illustrative mock-up, not a Facebook compatibility test. Facebook may filter some characters.

What can you make with this tool?

Preview a short display-name or post-style treatment before copying it.

Try it with your own text

  1. Enter Hello World in the main text field.
  2. Compare Profile name, Post caption, Short emphasis.
  3. Use the Copy button beside your chosen result, then paste it into the field where you need it.

What should you check before copying?

The preview is illustrative. Facebook decides which characters a particular field accepts; this tool does not validate or update a Facebook account.

Style a Facebook post or profile line

Separate readable copy from decorative accents

Use the gallery for short emphasis, and use the specialist Name, Post or Strike treatment for a more focused result. The generated letters are Unicode characters. A bold-looking character is not the same thing as Facebook’s native rich-text formatting.

Worked example

Enter Community update followed by Meeting this Friday on a second line. Keep line breaks for a post-style layout, join the lines with · for a compact profile line, or choose Bullet each line for a plain list. The composition helper preserves ordinary spelling; the font cards provide separately styled versions.

Read the metrics correctly

Code-point and UTF-16 counts describe the produced string, not an authoritative Facebook posting limit. Copy a short result into the exact field you intend to use. Avoid making essential details hard to read, and keep a plain version of names, dates and contact information.
